SHIPPING:
Within the UK we post using Royal Mail:
Tracked 48: £7. delivery in 2-5 days.
Tracked 24: This is currently unavailable. However, please email us if you require something urgently and we can try to help. info@drilles.com
Within central London same day delivery may be available, please contact us at info@drilles.com with ‘SAME DAY DELIVERY’ in the subject.
International shipping: We use Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL express (depending on destination) for all international deliveries, and charge a flat rate of £15 for worldwide destinations. If you have a question regarding international orders please contact us: info@drilles.com
Please note deliveries outside of the UK may incur customs or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, if you are concerned about the potential cost we recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- Please email info@drilles.com. A returns label will then be provided. NB: we are happy to post you a returns label if you will have difficulty printing out a label, please just let us know.
- Please note during our current sale period [from May 2024] we are operating a strict 7 days return policy and you must return goods within 7 days of receipt.
-Returning is at the expense of the customer and returning a single pair of shoes via Royal Mail will cost approx £5.
- We are not able to offer exchange during this period.
- Please try your DRILLES on on a clean surface, a carpet/rug is usually best! We sadly cannot accept returns where the soles are marked or appear to have been worn.
- Please ensure your DRILLES are returned unworn and in original packaging.
- We aim to issue refunds within seven days.
