Within the UK we post using Royal Mail:
Tracked 48: delivery in 2-5 days: £3.50
Tracked 24: For next day delivery (for orders received before midday, later orders may be posted the following working day): £7.50
Within central London same day or, for later orders, next day delivery may be available, please contact us at email@example.com with ‘SAME DAY DELIVERY’ in the subject.
International shipping: we use Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL express (depending on destination) for all international deliveries, and charge a flat rate of £18 for worldwide destinations. If you have a question regarding international orders please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: deliveries outside of the UK may incur customs or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, if you are concerned about the potential cost we recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- We hope you will adore your DRILLES, however if you wish to return your purchase you can do so within 14 days of receipt.
- We offer FREE UK returns and exchange.
- Please try your DRILLES on on a clean surface, a carpet/rug is usually best! We sadly cannot accept returns where the soles are marked or appear to have been worn.
- We are happy to offer an exchange on the size or colour of the product, subject to availability of stock, once the return has been received by DRILLES. Please clearly state the item you wish to exchange in the returns email or form.
- Please email email@example.com stating RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject. A returns label / exchange information will then be provided. NB: we are happy to send a returns label with the initial parcel, or to pop one in the post to you, if you will have difficulty printing out a label please just let us know.
- Please ensure your DRILLES are returned unworn and in original packaging.
- If a refund is required we will aim to then refund the order within seven days.
- For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we are happy to offer a free exchange but we are unable to provide a free returns service, and these will be at the cost of the customer.
